A new restaurant with French Alpine cuisine from the La Famiglia chain, located in the Glacier Hotel in the Bukovel resort. It embodies the philosophy of a sophisticated mountain holiday, combining elegance with the dynamics of après-ski. Located right next to the lifts, which makes it especially convenient for resort guests.
The main menu continues the Alpine tradition: exquisite appetizers from foie gras terrine to tartares and ceviche.
A selection of meat dishes and a special seafood bar allow you to choose your favorite — from octopus to filet mignon.
And for dessert - tarte tatin, millefeuille, fondue, and pistachio eclairs.
Chalet-style breakfasts set the tone for the day: foie gras croissant, delicate gratin, classic quiche and salmon brioche. Truffle accents are a delicate addition to the dishes.
Hot dishes are one of the highlights of French gastronomy: fondue, traditional onion soup, and specialties such as rabbit à la crème with wrinkled skin and monkfish with beurre noisette sauce.
Musical accompaniment
French hits and modern remixes create the atmosphere of special dinners, where every moment sounds new. A DJ on the terrace adds a vibrant rhythm to the après-ski.
