accommodation conditions

  1. Your apartment available for check-in starting from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
  2. Estimated time: 12:00 noon on the departure date.
  3. Payment is charged per day of stay according to the settlement time.
  4. If the stay is less than one day, payment is made for the full billing day in accordance with the established check-in time and billing hour.
  5. If the Guest notifies the hotel of early departure (compared to the booked period of stay) less than 24 hours before the actual departure date, the Guest undertakes to pay a penalty in the amount of one day of stay and all services actually provided.
  6. The price of the apartment is inclusive of taxes. Tourist tax is not included in the price of the apartment and is paid separately.
  7. In cost apartment Breakfast is included in the hotel restaurant.
  8. Apartment at the hotel is provided to the guest upon presentation of a passport or other document proving his/her identity (passport of a citizen of Ukraine, passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, diplomatic or service passport, crew member's ID card, seaman's ID card, residence permit of a person residing in Ukraine but not a citizen of Ukraine, national passport of a foreigner or a document replacing it and a visa for the right to stay in Ukraine, birth certificate of minors under 16 years of age, driver's license, for military personnel - an identity card or military ID card, a certificate issued at the consumer's place of work, etc.), as well as a completed and signed guest registration card. Documents proving his/her identity must be provided for each Guest residing in apartments (including children).

ADDITIONAL FEE

  1. Children up to and including 5 years old are accommodated free of charge in the same apartment with their parents without providing an extra bed and without breakfast. For accommodation of children over 5 years old and adults on an extra bed in the apartment and for providing children up to 5 years old with an extra bed in the apartment, a fee is charged according to the hotel price list. The cost of an extra bed can be found at the hotel, in the central reservation department, through the booking module on the website 
  2. The guest has the right to invite visitors to his apartment from 07:00 to 23:00. If the visitor stays in the apartment after 23:00, the guest must pay the cost of an additional bed if all the paid beds in the apartment (the number of permissible beds in the selected apartment category) are already occupied by guests. To check into the apartment, the visitor must provide an identity document.
  3. The guest is obliged to compensate the hotel for any losses in the event of loss or damage to the hotel's property, and is also responsible for any violations caused by persons invited by him (visitors). The amount of the damage is determined by the hotel administration.

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED

  1. Smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs is not permitted in the apartments and throughout the hotel (corridors, halls, restaurant, etc.). Smoking is permitted in the Glacier Premium Apartments premises only in a specially designated area.
  2. For smoking in prohibited places, the Guest undertakes to pay compensation in the amount of 50% from the cost of the apartment per day for each violation.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

  1. Early check-in from 00:00 to 06:00 is paid additionally in the amount of 100% of the cost of a day's stay in the apartment (breakfast is included in the price).
  2. Early check-in from 06:00 to 15:00 – 50% from the cost of a night's stay in the apartment (breakfast is included in the price).
  3. Late check-out after 12:00 and before 23:00 is paid additionally in the amount of 10% from the cost of the day of accommodation per hour.

PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Payment for accommodation is charged upon arrival or prior to arrival. 
  2. Private bookings made on the website are initially non-guaranteed. Non-guaranteed bookings are valid until 18:00 on the day before arrival at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed bookings in case of late payment.
  3. You can guarantee your reservation by making a payment by bank card in the amount of the cost of 1 night's accommodation and the tourist tax rate. If you do not check in to the hotel or cancel the reservation less than 7 days before arrival at the hotel, the prepayment amount is not refundable.
  4. By confirming the reservation of an apartment at the hotel, the guest agrees to the above conditions, including the cancellation procedure and the rules applicable in case of no-show.
  5. Prices are in hryvnias. Payment for accommodation is made in hryvnias. We accept payment in cash, bank transfer or bank cards of international payment systems: Visa, Master Card, American Express, etc.
  6. The price of the apartment does not include the tourist tax introduced by the administration of Ukrainian cities. The tourist tax is paid separately.

Non-refundable rate — online rate with full prepayment of the service, at the appointed time from the moment of booking. 

Payment is accepted only by credit card.

The non-refundable rate is valid for advance booking and 100% prepayment of accommodation, and cannot be combined with other special offers and discounts. In case of cancellation, no-show or shortening of stay, there is no refund for this rate.

The guest's stay is extended at the current rate in effect at the time of extension.

Additional discounts do not apply to this special offer.

When choosing a non-refundable rate, the guest automatically agrees to these rules.

TOURIST FEE

  1. The tourist tax is a local tax, the funds from which are credited to the local budget.

 Taxpayers:

Tax payers are citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, as well as stateless persons who arrive in the territory of an administrative-territorial unit where the decision of the village, settlement, city council or council of a united territorial community, established in accordance with the law and the long-term plan for the formation of community territories, on the establishment of a tourist tax is in effect, and are temporarily accommodated in places of residence (overnight stay) specified in subparagraph 268.5.1 of paragraph 268.5 of Article 258 of the Tax Code of Ukraine.

  1. The tourist tax is not included in the price of the apartment and is paid separately, except for groups of people who are exempt from paying it.
  2. A prerequisite for exemption from paying the tourist tax is the presence of a travel order with the guest upon arrival and / or providing a scanned copy of it when booking. In order for the tourist tax to not be included in the bill when booking by cashless payment, it is necessary that a scanned copy of the travel order be sent to the reservation department along with the booking application. Otherwise, the tourist tax will be included in the bill.

Groups of persons exempt from paying the tourist tax:

  • Persons with disabilities, children with disabilities who have relevant documents with them and persons accompanying them (no more than one accompanying person for persons with disabilities of group I or children with disabilities).
  • Residents of Ukraine who arrived on a business trip (who will have with them an order from the head of the enterprise to send the employee on a business trip with the specified destination, the name of the enterprise to which the employee is sent, the term and purpose of the business trip).
  • War veterans who have the appropriate certificate (including ATO participants).
  • Participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident who have the appropriate certificate with them.
  • Persons who arrived on vouchers (course vouchers) to sanatoriums and boarding houses who have the voucher with them.
  • Children under 18 years of age.
  • Persons who permanently reside, including under rental agreements, in a village, settlement or city whose councils have established such a fee.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

  1. Cancellation of a reservation earlier than 7 days before the arrival date is free of charge.
  2. You can cancel your reservation by sending a request to email email sales@glacier.com. 
  3. If the reservation is canceled later than 7 days before the date of arrival at the hotel or in case of no-show, the prepayment amount is not refundable and is considered a penalty.

IT IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOTEL

  1. Taking dishes, cutlery, food and drinks out of the restaurant without prior approval from the restaurant administration.
  2. Bringing and storing substances, materials and objects that are dangerous to human life in the hotel (apartment).
  3. Leave unauthorized persons in the apartment (persons who did not fill out and sign the guest registration card), as well as hand over the keys to the apartment to them.
  4. Use electric heating devices that are not included in the apartment.
  5. Use hotel and apartment equipment for purposes other than intended.
  6. Disturbing the peace of the guests after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM.
  7. Bring and store firearms, gas, pneumatic and other types of weapons, special means, ammunition, devices and cartridges for them on the hotel territory. If the Guest has weapons, special means, ammunition and cartridges for them, the hotel has the right to refuse check-in.

LIVING WITH PETS

  1. Animals allowed at the Glacier Hotel include: only cats and small dogs of “non-fighting breeds” up to 9.5 kg and with a height at the withers of up to 45 cm. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to a Guest with an animal.
  2. Pets are allowed in the hotel in quantities of no more than two in one apartment. The cost of accommodation for each animals is 800 UAH/day for each animal. 
  3. Guests who arrive at the hotel with pets must have a pet passport and a certificate from a veterinarian stating all vaccinations the animal has received.
  4. Accommodation with animals is possible with the prior consent of the hotel manager and only in separate apartments. Accommodation with other animals is prohibited!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In the event that Glacier Management LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Management Company) is an agent for the sale of third-party hotel services in the Glacier Premium apartments complex, the Management Company shall indicate this in the invoice for hotel services. In the same document, the Management Company shall indicate the Principal - the person on whose behalf and on whose behalf the Agent acts and who directly provides hotel services to consumers.

RULES FOR VISITING THE SPA COMPLEX "4 ELEMENTS" OF THE GLEISHER HOTEL

In order to make your vacation as comfortable as possible, we ask you to adhere to the following rules. General provisions:

  • These rules are mandatory for all visitors.
  • Visitors have the right to visit the SPA complex "4 Elements" after paying the appropriate cost of services and receiving a bracelet.
  • The cost of services at the SPA complex "4 Elements" is set by the price list, which can be found on the website https://glacier.com.ua/ or at the reception of the Glacier Hotel.
  • Upon entering the SPA complex, the visitor pays for the estimated time of stay according to the tariffs and is separately charged for additional ordered/purchased services. If the paid time is not fully used, there is no refund.
  • Visiting the SPA complex "4 Elements" takes place during established opening hours, which can be found on the website https://glacier.com.ua/ or at the reception of the Glacier Hotel
  • It is allowed to be in the pool area only in special shoes with rubber soles (slates, beach slippers) or disposable slippers and swimsuits.
  1. Keep valuables and money in a safe or in an apartment. Jewelry and other metal or plastic items on a person's body during sauna or hammam procedures can cause burns.
  2. before lying down on the sunbeds, cover them with a towel;
  3. leave slippers, bathrobes and used towels in the appropriate baskets for used linen;
  4. take a shower after visiting the pool and SPA area;
  5. refrain from using the phone and maintain silence
  • After receiving the bracelet, the visitor must take a shower.
  • Change into a bathing suit/swimsuit.
  • Children under 14 years of age are FORBIDDEN from staying in the outdoor pool without adult supervision!

Emergency requirements:

  • If you feel chills, quickly get out of the water and rub yourself with a dry towel.
  • If you experience cramps, dizziness, or feel unwell, call for help immediately.
  • If necessary, contact the Administrator for a first aid kit.

Attention! In our complex it is prohibited:

  • Consume your own drinks and food.
  • Consuming food and drinks in places not designated for this purpose, including in swimming pool water.
  • Being in a swimming pool while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
  • Making noise, talking loudly, thereby causing discomfort to others.
  • Run around the complex.
  • Diving from the edge of the pool into the water
  • To relieve oneself in the pool bowl and shower.
  • Wash yourself in the pool using hygiene products.
  • Staying on the territory of the SPA complex with animals.
  • Smoking in non-designated smoking areas.
  • Swim in the pool and visit the SPA area (steam rooms, sauna, etc.) immediately after eating food.
  • Leave children under 12 years of age without adult supervision throughout the SPA complex.
  • Visit the complex for people with open wounds, infectious diseases, and skin diseases.
  • Visitors to SPA pools are not recommended to wear glasses, jewelry, or decorative ornaments for safety reasons.
  • Peeling, scrubbing and using any cosmetic products in public baths

Be vigilant:

  • Visitors should not leave their belongings unattended.
  • Found lost items are stored in the complex for 180 days and returned to the owner upon request.
  • After the specified period, forgotten items are disposed of.
  • It is recommended to wear rubber flip-flops or disposable slippers, which can be purchased at the reception, on the territory of the complex. Otherwise, this may lead to falls and injuries.
  • The administration of the complex is not responsible for damage and injuries sustained by visitors as a result of failure to comply with these rules.
  • The administration is not responsible for the safety of children throughout the SPA complex and all facilities (structural units) of the Glacier Hotel, left unattended by parents (guardians, custodians), and for lost items.

If you need a refund, please contact the hotel administration by e-mail admin@glacier.com.ua or by phone +38 (097) 401-15-04. Funds will be refunded if this is provided for by the hotel's booking and payment rules, as well as the current legislation of Ukraine.

 

 

Refund rules when paying on the glacierhotel.com.ua website:

To get a refund you need to provide statement in the name of Individual entrepreneur, (you must specify the full name of the individual entrepreneur indicated in the invoice), with a request for a refund according to the paid invoice No. ________ dated ___.___.20___ in the amount of ____ UAH. (the application must be handwritten, with signature and date, sample attached).

In the application, you must indicate the account number of the credit card from which the payment was made (funds are not refunded to another card), it is to this card that the paid amount will be refunded. You must also indicate the details of the bank where the payment was made, namely: EDRPOU code, MFI and bank account.

Upon receipt of a correctly completed refund application (original), the funds will be returned to the guest's account from which the payment was made.

Refund rules when paying at a bank branch or via banking (in the application):

  1. Statement in the name (depending on who the payment was made to):  
    Individual entrepreneur, (you must specify the full name of the individual entrepreneur indicated in the invoice)), with a request for a refund according to the paid invoice No. ________ dated ___.___.20___ in the amount of ____ UAH. (the application must be handwritten, with signature and date, sample attached).
                    In the application, you must indicate the account number of the card from which the payment was made (money is not refunded to another card), and to which the refund of the paid amount will be made. You must also indicate the details of the bank where the payment was made, namely: EDRPOU code, MFO and bank account.
  2. Copy of the 1st and 2nd pages of the guest's passport, who made the payment and registration page. Copies must be certified by the owner's signature, date, and the phrase "according to the original."
  3. Copy of the guest identification number.
  4. Original payment receipt:
    – original payment receipt (when paying through a bank cash desk)
    – original payment order / bank statement with a wet seal, which can be obtained at a bank branch (when paying via “Internet banking”)

This Privacy Policy of Olesya Oleksiivna Vintonyak, Individual Entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to the INDIVIDUAL PERSON-ENTREPRENEUR Olesya Oleksiivna Vintonyak (Olesya Oleksiivna Vintonyak, Individual Entrepreneur) and to all individual apartments rented by Olesya Oleksiivna Vintonyak, Individual Entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Gleisher Hotel”, “we” or “us”). We understand the importance of privacy. Therefore, we have developed this Policy to explain our policies regarding personal information obtained orally or in writing or provided when visiting this website, our hotel or from other sources.

When you use any of our services and/or agree to this Privacy Statement, for example, when you book a hotel apartment or stay at one of our hotels, you understand and acknowledge that we will collect and use personal information as described in this Privacy Notice.

Please note that a separate privacy policy applies to all personnel-related matters.

Please note that this Statement does not apply to the processing of personal information on behalf of or on behalf of third-party companies and service providers.

Olesya Oleksiyevna Vintonyak, an individual entrepreneur, is a management company that controls all guest data using the Servio HMS program.

  1. Personal information collected by FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna

FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna collects personal data when communicating with a guest and other contact persons, in the course of conducting business, as well as using Servio HMS programs. Such personal information may include: your name/surname, mailing address, billing address, email address, telephone number, information about booking, staying or visiting the hotel; information about participating in competitions, lotteries or marketing programs (even if you did not stay in one of our hotels); information about purchased products or services; personal data: nationality, income level, passport number, place and date of passport issue; travel data; payment information, such as the number and other details of your payment card, as well as authentication information and other account and account data associated with mobile accounts; information about your preferences when choosing an apartment; information about the volume of marketing information you wish to receive; information about the cars in which you can arrive at our hotels; reviews and opinions about our brands or hotels (if identified or associated with you); ordered packages that include hotel reservations; groups you are associated with during your stay at the hotel; information provided in connection with your participation in a loyalty program; other types of information provided by you or received by us about you.

FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna may request data about tourist groups, including the names and numbers of program participants. We may also collect information related to conversations, including logging or monitoring calls related to customer service for quality control and training purposes and other types of communications, such as messages received through the application or SMS messages.

In addition, below are cases when Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna, an individual entrepreneur, needs additional personal information.

  • Surveys. During surveys, FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna may require demographic data or other personal information.
  • Information collection at the hotel. Sometimes, in accordance with local law, Olesya Oleksiivna Vintonyak, an individual entrepreneur, is forced to request additional personal information from you when registering and checking into a hotel. In hotels, we may use a security video surveillance system and other security measures that allow us to capture and store images of guests and visitors in public places, as well as information related to your location in our hotels (using key cards and other devices). We may also use a security video surveillance system and other technologies that record sound or video to protect our employees, guests and visitors to our hotels in cases permitted by law. In addition, we may need additional information to provide a number of services at the hotel: visiting the spa center, gym, children's room, organizing events.
    Event profiles. When planning an event, Olesya Oleksiivna Vintonyak, a sole proprietor, records the event or meeting details, date, number of guests, and description of the apartments. When hosting corporate events, we will need information about the organization: name, annual budget, number of events funded per year. We also collect information about guests who are members of your group or who are participating in the event. If you are visiting us as part of a group, we may have your personal information provided by the group, and may contact you based on the results of your visit as part of a group or participation in the event at your discretion in cases permitted by law. If you are visiting us as part of an event, in cases provided by law, we may provide personal information about you to the event organizers. If you are organizing an event, we may also share information about your event with a third-party service provider who may offer services for the event, in cases permitted by law.
    • Social networks. If you wish to participate in events and promotions held by FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna on social networks, we may need certain information from your social network account: location, hotel check-ins, participation in events, interests, photos, status changes and friends list. FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna may also allow you to participate in contests by providing a photo, for example, taken during your stay with us, which you can post on social media for voting, display or participation in other promotions.
    In addition to the information that Olesya Oleksiivna Vintonyak, FOP, receives directly from you, we may also create information about you based on information you provide or other information we collect.
  1. Personal information received by Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna, an individual entrepreneur, from third-party companies

FOP Vintonyak Olesya Oleksiivna may also receive information about you from third parties, including information from tour operator and travel agent companies, payment card companies and other partners, from social networks in accordance with your settings for such services, as well as from other third-party sources that may provide us with information about you in accordance with the law. FOP Vintonyak Olesya Oleksiivna may use and provide this information (as well as combine it with other data we have about you) for the purposes specified in this Regulation.

  1. Use of personal information provided by Olesya Oleksiivna Vintonyak, FOP 

FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna uses your personal data in various ways, including to provide and personalize the services you request and expect from us, to offer you the highest level of service you expect in the apartment, to carry out direct marketing and sales activities in accordance with the detailed description below. Before processing your data, we obtain your consent, if necessary in accordance with applicable law.

FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna is required to collect certain data, including your name/surname, address, and payment information. In cases of refusal to provide the necessary information, we will not be able to process your reservation.


  1. Personal information that Olesya Oleksiivna Vintonyak, an individual entrepreneur, provides to third-party companies 

In order to offer you the highest level of service in accordance with your expectations, FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna may provide your personal information to our service providers, third-party companies and other third parties in accordance with the explanation below:

  • Group events or meetings. If you are staying at the Glacier Hotel as part of a group event or meeting, information obtained to plan the meeting or event may be shared with the organizers of those meetings and events and, if necessary, with guests who are organizing or participating in the event.
    • Business partners. FOP Vintonyak Olesya Oleksiivna may partner with other companies to provide you with products, services and offers based on your stay at our hotels, and may share your information with our business partners, as appropriate. For example, we may agree with our partners to provide you with other additional services. In order to provide these services, we must share your personal information with our partners. We may also share your personal information, such as your email address, with our travel partners to help them assess your compliance with travel rules or use of special rate plans, or to enable you to participate in joint marketing activities with our travel partners. FOP Vintonyak Olesya Oleksiivna may also partner with third-party organizations, such as our partner tour operators, travel agents and payment card providers, to enable us to deliver advertising to our joint customers. Our partners may be able to provide you with more relevant offers based on information about your stay at our hotels. In addition, we may allow third-party partners to recognize you when you visit a website or use that partner's application, or to recognize you as one of their customers when you visit their sites, so that they can provide you with more relevant offers. We may share your hashed email address with third-party companies, using applicable security measures, so that they can associate it with their hashed email addresses and send you advertising on our behalf across the Internet and via email.
    • Promotion partners. Olesya Oleksiivna Vintonyak, FOP, may conduct promotions, sweepstakes, lotteries, competitions or contests in cooperation with other companies, as well as provide prizes for sweepstakes and contests held by other companies. If you participate in one of the sweepstakes or contests, we may provide your information to our event partners or third-party sponsors.
    Hotel services. Olesya Oleksiivna Vintonyak, an individual entrepreneur, may provide personal information to third-party suppliers who provide services on the hotel premises, including spa treatments, conference services, catering services, and other related services.
    • Service providers. FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna trusts third-party companies to provide services and products on our behalf and may share your personal information with them, depending on the circumstances. As a rule, our service providers are contractually obligated to protect your personal information and may not otherwise use or share your personal information, except as may be required by law. However, our service providers may use, but not disclose, your personal information for the purpose of fraud detection after detecting fraud. FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna may also engage service providers to communicate news and deliver promotional and business materials to you on our behalf, including personalized advertising on the Internet and in applications for mobile devices in accordance with your preferences and applicable law. We cooperate only with companies that provide an opportunity to opt out of such advertising. We may also share information with service providers to allow you to design itineraries by selecting sites, activities, and restaurants from lists that we have prepared personally for you, based on your preferences and data from third-party companies.
    • Commercial agreements. As the business develops, FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna may sell or buy businesses or assets, or cease management of the apartment currently included in our hotel. In view of this circumstance, our company may transfer, sell or assign the collected information, including, but not limited to, General Information (described further in the Regulation) and personal data to one or more affiliated or independent third-party companies within the framework of these commercial agreements. In accordance with the requirements of local law, we will provide notice of our intention to transfer personal data to third parties for this purpose and explain how you can opt out of such transfer.
    • Supplement. In addition, FOP Vintonyak Olesya Oleksiivna may disclose personal information in the following cases: (I) in accordance with the requirements of applicable law; (II) in response to government or public authority requests; (III) in accordance with the requirements of legal process; (IV) as a means of protecting the rights, privacy, safety or property of FOP Vintonyak Olesya Oleksiivna, site visitors, guests, employees or the public; (V) in order to protect its rights or mitigate possible losses; (VI) in order to comply with the terms and conditions specified on our websites; (VII) in emergency situations.

The Vintonyak Olesya Oleksiivna FOP Global Information Security Team is responsible for monitoring our systems for potential intrusions, responding to potential incidents, ensuring the hotel's information security, regularly analyzing and updating the security controls used by our company to protect data, and training under the Vintonyak Olesya Oleksiivna FOP Information Security Program.

FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna also requires that our partners and service providers do everything possible to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information received.
