Rules of stay at the Glacier Hotel 

Hotel accommodation conditions

  1. Check-in time at the hotel is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  2. Estimated check-out time is until 12:00 on the day of departure.
  3. Payment is charged per day of stay according to the settlement time.
  4. When staying for less than a day, payment is made for the full billing day in accordance with the established check-in time and billing hour.
  5. If the Guest notifies the hotel of early departure (compared to the booked period of stay) less than 7 days before the actual departure date, the Guest undertakes to pay a penalty in the amount of one day of accommodation and the services actually provided.
  6. The room rate is inclusive of taxes, excluding tourist tax.
  7. The room price includes: accommodation in a room of the selected category for 2 people, breakfasts in the restaurant, visits to the SPA center, fitness center and group classes, access to the children's area (3 hours/day), coworking (2 hours/day), parking (1 parking space per room), ski room. 
  8. The cost of an additional bed is 3500 UAH/day. In the period from 30.12 to 05.01 additional place – 4100 UAH/person.
  9. A hotel room is provided to a guest upon presentation of a passport or other identification document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine, passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, diplomatic or service passport, crew member's ID card, seaman's ID card, residence permit of a person residing in Ukraine but not a citizen of Ukraine, national passport of a foreigner or a document replacing it and visa for the right to stay in Ukraine, birth certificate of minors under 16 years of age, driver's license, for military personnel - an identity card or military ID card, an ID card issued at the consumer's place of work, etc.), as well as a completed and signed guest registration card. Identification documents must be provided for each Guest staying in the room (including children).

Additional payment

  1. Children under 5 years old stay free of charge in the same room as their parents without providing an extra bed. For children over 5 years old and adults staying in an extra bed in the room, a fee is charged according to the hotel price list. You can find out the cost by contacting the hotel or through the booking module on the website https://glacierhotel.com.ua/
  2. The Guest has the right to invite visitors to his room from 07:00 to 23:00. In case the visitor stays in the room after 23:00, the Guest must pay the cost of an additional bed, if the Guest paid for the Apartment where such an additional bed is available. To check into the room, the Visitor must provide an identity document.
  3. The guest is obliged to compensate the hotel for any losses or damage to the hotel's property, and is also responsible for any violations caused by the persons invited by him (visitors). The amount of the damage is determined by the hotel administration.

We don't smoke.

  1. Smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs is not permitted in the rooms and throughout the hotel (corridors, halls, restaurant, etc.). 
  2. For smoking in prohibited places, the Guest undertakes to pay compensation in the amount of 50% from the room rate per day for each violation.

Early check-in/late check-out

  1. Early check-in from 00:00 to 06:00 is paid additionally in the amount of 100% of the cost of a day's stay in the room (breakfast is included in the price, provided that the selected rate includes breakfast).
  2. Early check-in from 06:00 to 14:00 – 50% from the cost of a night's stay in the room (breakfast is included in the price, provided that the selected rate includes breakfast).
  3. Late check-out after 12:00 and before 23:00 is paid additionally in the amount of 10% from the cost of the day of accommodation per hour.
  4. These conditions do not apply to the cost of an additional bed that is not provided in the apartment of the selected category upon early check-in. The cost of the additional bed must be paid in full according to the hotel price list. 

Payment terms

  1. Payment for accommodation is made upon arrival or prior to arrival. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, etc.
  2. Individual reservations without a prepayment of one night's stay have the status of non-guaranteed. Non-guaranteed reservations are valid until 18:00 on the previous day of arrival at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations in case of late payment.
  3. To guarantee your reservation, you must make a payment in the amount of 1 night's accommodation and the tourist tax rate. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 7 days before arrival at the hotel or in case of no-show, the amount of the prepayment is not refundable.
  4. By confirming a hotel room reservation, the guest agrees to the above terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy and no-show policy.
  5. Prices are in hryvnias. Payment for accommodation is made in hryvnias. We accept payment in cash, bank transfer or bank cards of international payment systems: Visa, Master Card, etc.
  6. The room rate does not include the tourist tax imposed by the administration of Ukrainian cities. The tourist tax is paid separately.

Non-refundable rate — online rate with full prepayment of the service, at the appointed time from the moment of booking. Non-refundable rate includes breakfast. 

The non-refundable rate is valid for advance booking and 100% prepayment of accommodation, and cannot be combined with other special offers and discounts. In case of cancellation, no-show or shortening of stay, there is no refund for this rate. The guest's stay is extended at the current rate in effect at the time of extension. Additional discounts do not apply to this special offer. When choosing a non-refundable rate, the guest automatically agrees to these rules.

Tourist tax

  1. The tourist tax is a local tax, the funds from which are credited to the local budget.
    Tax payers: Tax payers are citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, as well as stateless persons who arrive in the territory of an administrative-territorial unit where the decision of the village, settlement, city council or council of a united territorial community, established in accordance with the law and the long-term plan for the formation of community territories, on the establishment of a tourist tax is in effect, and are temporarily accommodated in places of residence (overnight stay) specified in subparagraph 268.5.1 of paragraph 268.5 of Article 258 of the Tax Code of Ukraine.
  2. The tourist tax is not included in the room rate and is paid separately, except for groups of people who are exempt from paying it.
  3. A prerequisite for exemption from paying the tourist tax is the presence of a travel order with the guest upon arrival and / or providing a scanned copy of it when booking. In order for the tourist tax to not be included in the bill when booking by cashless payment, it is necessary that a scanned copy of the travel order be sent to the reservation department along with the booking application. Otherwise, the tourist tax will be included in the bill.

Groups of persons exempt from paying the tourist tax:

  • Persons with disabilities, children with disabilities who have relevant documents with them and persons accompanying them (no more than one accompanying person for persons with disabilities of group I or children with disabilities).
  • Residents of Ukraine who arrived on a business trip (who will have with them an order from the head of the enterprise to send the employee on a business trip with the specified destination, the name of the enterprise to which the employee is sent, the term and purpose of the business trip).
  • War veterans who have the appropriate certificate (including ATO participants).
  • Participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident who have the appropriate certificate with them.
  • Persons who arrived on vouchers (course vouchers) to sanatoriums and boarding houses who have the voucher with them.
  • Children under 18 years of age.
  • Persons who permanently reside, including under rental agreements, in a village, settlement or city whose councils have established such a fee.

Cancellation of booking

  1. If cancelled 7 days before the arrival date, there will be no penalty, and if cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date, there will be a penalty in the amount of the first day of accommodation (partial prepayment).

 The hotel prohibits:

  1. Taking dishes, cutlery, food and drinks out of restaurants without prior approval from the restaurant administration.
  2. Bringing and storing in the hotel (room) substances, materials and objects that are dangerous to human life.
  3. Leave unauthorized persons in the room (persons who did not fill out and sign the guest registration card), as well as hand over the room keys to them.
  4. Use electric heating devices that are not included in the room.
  5. Use hotel equipment and rooms for purposes other than their intended purpose.
  6. Disturbing the peace of the guests after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM.
  7. Bring and store firearms, gas, pneumatic and other types of weapons, special means, ammunition, devices and cartridges for them on the hotel territory. If the Guest has weapons, special means, ammunition and cartridges for them, the hotel has the right to refuse check-in.

Accommodation with pets

  1. Pets are allowed for any number of days of stay of the Guest. Pets allowed in the hotel include only cats and small dogs, “non-fighting breeds” up to 9.5 kg in weight and up to 45 cm in height at the withers. Accommodation in the hotel is allowed only with dogs, except for the breeds specified in the document “List of dog breeds not allowed in the Glacier Hotel”.
  2. When registering, you must fill out the document “Agreement on the obligations and responsibilities of a guest staying with a pet in the hotel”
  3. Pets are allowed in the hotel in quantities of no more than two in one room. 
  4. Accommodation for each pet is paid separately. 
  5. The cost of accommodation for one pet is 900 UAH/day. Payment is made upon check-in. 
  6. The accommodation price includes: a bed, a food bowl, a towel.
  7. Guests who arrive at the hotel with pets must have a pet passport and a certificate from a veterinarian stating all vaccinations the animal has received. 
  8. Rules for keeping and walking animals on the hotel premises:
  • A pet may be off-leash only within the apartment in which its owner lives. 
  • The free movement of cats and dogs without a leash and dogs without a muzzle (for large breeds) in public areas - lobbies and corridors of the hotel is prohibited.
  • It is prohibited to bring or keep animals in the SPA center, fitness center, children's space, coworking space, conference hall.
  • It is forbidden to feed animals using hotel utensils. 
  • It is forbidden to wash pets in the shower cabins of the room/bathroom, to use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the hotel.
  • The guest is obliged to ensure that the animal is not present during cleaning of the apartment by the hotel staff or during repair work in the apartment.
  • Walking animals on the playground and lawns is strictly prohibited. 
  • Guide dogs (large breeds of dogs) are an exception and are allowed to stay at the hotel, provided that there are supporting documents - a certificate of the dog's special training/special education. Only with the approval of the Hotel Manager can Guests stay with large dogs.

  1. The guest is fully responsible for the animal staying in the apartment.
  2. The Guest undertakes to reimburse all additional costs associated with material or moral claims, including lawsuits, upon the first request of the hotel.
  3. The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a Guest staying with a pet in case of violation of the rules of accommodation or in case of aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of the pet, as well as in case of complaints from others. Hotel guests.

RULES FOR VISITING THE SPA-center "SKY SPA" of the Glacier Hotel

In order to make your vacation as comfortable as possible, we ask you to follow the following rules. 

General provisions:

  1. These rules are mandatory for all visitors to the SPA complex.
  2. The right to visit the SPA center free of charge is granted to guests staying at the Glacier Hotel. Guests who are not staying at the Glacier Hotel but wish to use the SPA center services must first register with the Hotel for accommodation.
  3. The cost of SPA center services is set by the price list, which can be viewed at the SPA center reception or the Glacier Hotel reception.
  4. The visitor pays for additional ordered/purchased services separately at the SPA center reception desk. 
  5. Visiting the SPA takes place during established opening hours, which can be found on the website https://glacierhotel.com.ua/  or at the reception of the SPA or the Glacier Hotel.
  6. It is allowed to stay in the pool area only in special shoes with rubber soles (slides, beach slippers) or disposable beach slippers and bathing suits. A visitor to the SPA center can come to the SPA in his own slippers to be used in the SPA center, or if desired, he can purchase such products at the SPA center reception for an additional fee. If a visitor ignores the recommendations on the correct footwear for the SPA, this may lead to injury to the visitor and the people around him.
  7. Keep valuables and money in the safe at the reception of the SPA center, or in your safe in the hotel room. Please note that jewelry and other metal or plastic items on the human body during procedures in saunas or hammams can cause burns. Leave such items in the safe. 
  8. If you use a deck chair, sun lounger, or cocoon chair, you must cover them with a towel for hygienic purposes. Towels can be obtained free of charge at the SPA center reception or in the SPA center hall; 
  9. It is forbidden to “reserve” sun loungers and deck chairs, or other means of recreation in the SPA complex. It is also not allowed to leave a towel on the sun loungers/deck chairs/chairs for more than 60 minutes without the presence of a visitor. If you leave a dirty towel on the sun loungers/deck chairs/chairs and leave them for more than 60 minutes, in this case the SPA staff will remove the used towel from the sun lounger and prepare a place for other guests to relax. Found forgotten items will be transferred to the SPA reception, and then to the concierge service office at the central reception. This is necessary to maintain cleanliness in the SPA center, as well as to ensure free and accessible places in the SPA to meet the needs of all our visitors.
  10. Please leave used slippers in the trash, bathrobes and used towels in the appropriate baskets for used linen; Please do not take towels from the SPA center to your room.
  11. It is necessary to take a shower BEFORE and AFTER visiting the pool and SPA area;
  12. It is forbidden to use phones, bring tablets/laptops and other equipment that may create noise in the SPA center. Please maintain silence during your stay in the SPA center, and if necessary, speak quietly.
  13. It is forbidden to bring pets (cats, dogs, rodents, birds, etc.) and wild animals, including guide dogs, to the SPA center for safety and hygiene reasons.
  14. We recommend changing into a swimsuit and beach slippers in your room, or using the changing rooms in the SPA.
  15. Children under 14 years of age are NOT ALLOWED to stay in the outdoor pool/jacuzzi without adult supervision! Children from 0 to 5 years of age may be in the SPA center only accompanied by their parents and under their constant supervision.
  16. Please note that the Roman steam room and Finnish sauna are not recommended for children aged 0-5.
  17. When visiting saunas, please remove your slippers before entering. When visiting dry saunas, please use a special sheet for hygiene reasons. Sheets can be obtained at the SPA reception or in the SPA center hall.
  18. Before using the ofuro barrels or the hot tub, please take a shower.
  19. It is forbidden to bring personal cosmetics, medical preparations, medicines, oils, etc. to the SPA center and use them on yourself and other visitors. It is forbidden to perform peeling, scrubbing and use any cosmetic products in public baths.
  20. It is forbidden to pour water on the stones in a Finnish sauna.
  21. It is forbidden to remove decorative stones from saunas and relaxation rooms, common areas in the SPA center.
  22. It is forbidden to break branches, pick leaves and flowers from living plants in the SPA center. It is forbidden to water flowers and plants in the SPA center, or pour leftover drinks or food into flower pots.
  23. You can purchase disposable slippers, cosmetics, swimwear, hygiene products, and textile products at the SPA center reception, as well as use the services of the phyto-bar and pool bar for an additional fee.
  24. Please immediately notify the administrator at the SPA reception of any malfunctions and under no circumstances use faulty elements, equipment or furniture in the SPA.
  25. In the event of an air raid, please leave the SPA area immediately and head to the shelter located on the -2nd floor of the hotel. You can get there by using the stairs from the 11th floor of the SPA, following the navigation signs.
  26. In the event of a fire alarm, you must immediately leave the hotel premises. It is forbidden to use the elevators. You must exit the building via the fire escape, following the navigation signs. You must leave the building by going outside via the exit on the first floor of the hotel, move to a safe distance and follow the instructions of the staff responsible for evacuating guests. For fire safety reasons, please familiarize yourself with the evacuation plans, the location of fire extinguishers and the evacuation routes located at the entrance to the SPA center. 

On the open terraces of the SPA center “SKY SPA”, please adhere to the following rules and recommendations:

  1. The SPA center administration is not responsible for left/lost items. All found forgotten items are immediately transferred to the central reception of the Hotel in the LUX block.
  2. Please do not leave valuables unattended. Use the safe at the central reception of the SPA complex (11th floor) or in your room.
  3. Please leave your used towels in the towel basket. You can get fresh towels from the spa administrator. 
  4. Please do not take towels and bathrobes out of the SPA center.
  5. For your safety, please wear special non-slip shoes (slippers with rubber soles) when walking on the outdoor terrace. You can also purchase the necessary items at the SPA reception (swimsuits, slippers, cosmetics, hygiene products, etc.)
  6. For your convenience, there are shower cabins in the bathroom on the terrace. Take a shower before visiting the terrace locations (jacuzzi, sun loungers, gazebos)
  7. Please maintain a water balance and use sunscreen. If you feel unwell, please contact the SPA center staff immediately. 

Emergency requirements:

  1. If you feel chills, quickly get out of the water and rub yourself with a dry towel.
  2. In case of cramps, dizziness, or feeling unwell, you should immediately call for help.
  3. If necessary, contact the Administrator for a first aid kit.

Prohibited in the SPA center:

  1. Consume your own drinks and food.
  2. Consuming food and drinks in places not designated for this purpose, including in swimming pool water.
  3. Being in a swimming pool while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
  4. Make noise, communicate loudly, creating discomfort for others.
  5. Use active games or loud music in recreation areas to maintain a relaxed atmosphere
  6. Run around the complex.
  7. Dive from the edge of the pool into the water.
  8. To relieve oneself in the pool, jacuzzi, and shower.
  9. Wash yourself in the pool using hygiene products.
  10. Staying in the SPA center with animals.
  11. Smoking is allowed throughout the SPA center. If SPA staff discover such a violation (or receive a complaint from other visitors), the visitor who violates the rules must pay compensation for the damage in the amount of 3000 UAH at the SPA center reception.
  12. Swim in the pool and visit the SPA area (baths, sauna, etc.) immediately after eating.
  13. Visit the complex for people with open wounds, infectious diseases, and skin diseases.
  14. Remove items, goods, dishes, textiles, decor, etc. from the SPA center.
  15. Damage or break the SPA center's merchandise and material values. In case of theft or damage to property, the visitor is obliged to compensate for the losses in accordance with the price list available at the SPA reception.

Please note:

  1. The administration of the complex is not responsible for damage and injuries sustained by visitors as a result of failure to comply with these rules.
  2. The administration is not responsible for the safety of children throughout the SPA center and all facilities (structural units) of the Glacier Hotel left unattended by parents (guardians, guardians).
  3. Visitors with chronic illnesses or pregnant women are advised to consult a doctor before visiting the SPA.
  4. It is recommended to limit the time spent in saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzis to 15-20 minutes to prevent overheating.

Refund rules when paying on the glacierhotel.com.ua website:

To get a refund you need to provide statement in the name of Individual entrepreneur, (you must specify the full name of the individual entrepreneur indicated in the invoice), with a request for a refund according to the paid invoice No. ________ dated ___.___.20___ in the amount of ____ UAH. (the application must be handwritten, with signature and date, sample attached).

In the application, you must indicate the account number of the credit card from which the payment was made (funds are not refunded to another card), it is to this card that the paid amount will be refunded. You must also indicate the details of the bank where the payment was made, namely: EDRPOU code, MFI and bank account.

Upon receipt of a correctly completed refund application (original), the funds will be returned to the guest's account from which the payment was made.

Refund rules when paying at a bank branch or via banking (in the application):

  1. Statement in the name (depending on who the payment was made to):  
    Individual entrepreneur, (you must specify the full name of the individual entrepreneur indicated in the invoice)), with a request for a refund according to the paid invoice No. ________ dated ___.___.20___ in the amount of ____ UAH. (the application must be handwritten, with signature and date, sample attached).
                    In the application, you must indicate the account number of the card from which the payment was made (money is not refunded to another card), and to which the refund of the paid amount will be made. You must also indicate the details of the bank where the payment was made, namely: EDRPOU code, MFO and bank account.
  2. Copy of the 1st and 2nd pages of the guest's passport, who made the payment and registration page. Copies must be certified by the owner's signature, date, and the phrase "according to the original."
  3. Copy of the guest identification number.
  4. Original payment receipt:
    – original payment receipt (when paying through a bank cash desk)
    – original payment order / bank statement with a wet seal, which can be obtained at a bank branch (when paying via “Internet banking”)

Such personal information may include: your name/surname, mailing address, billing address, email address, telephone number, information about booking, staying or visiting the hotel; information about participating in competitions, lotteries or marketing programs (even if you did not stay in one of our hotels); information about purchased products or services; personal data: nationality, income level, passport number, place and date of passport issue; travel data; payment information, such as the number and other details of your payment card, as well as authentication information and other account and account data associated with mobile accounts; information about your preferences when choosing an apartment; information about the volume of marketing information you wish to receive; information about the cars in which you can arrive at our hotels; reviews and opinions about our brands or hotels (if identified or associated with you); ordered packages that include hotel reservations; groups you are associated with during your stay at the hotel; information provided in connection with your participation in a loyalty program; other types of information provided by you or received by us about you.

FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna is required to collect certain data, including your name/surname, address, and payment information. In cases of refusal to provide the necessary information, we will not be able to process your reservation.


  1. Personal information that Olesya Oleksiivna Vintonyak, an individual entrepreneur, provides to third-party companies 

In order to offer you the highest level of service in accordance with your expectations, FOP Vintonyak Olesya Alekseevna may provide your personal information to our service providers, third-party companies and other third parties in accordance with the explanation below:

Ownership of the Content remains with Glacier Management. Any use of the Content not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as provided herein, no Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, published, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of Glacier Management or its licensors. Glacier Management permits you to view and download one copy of the Content solely for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use, provided that you include the following copyright notice: “All rights reserved.” Any specific rules for the use of other elements presented on the Site may be included in other sections of the Site and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Use of the Content on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Glacier Management and its licensors. If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use the Content will automatically terminate and you must immediately destroy all copies of any portion of the Content that you have made.

You may not “clone” any Content provided on this Site to any other server without Glacier Management’s written permission. You may not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site through hacking, password mining, or any other means. Glacier Management reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site or any portion thereof at any time, for any reason or no reason at all, without notice or notice of any kind.

Submitting ideas

Glacier Management welcomes feedback from our users, as well as your comments about the Site, our products and services. Unfortunately, our established company policy does not allow us to accept or consider any creative ideas, suggestions or materials other than those we have requested. We have talented staff and consultants who may be working on the same or similar ideas. We hope you understand that the purpose of this policy is to avoid the possibility of misunderstandings in the future when projects developed by our professional staff and/or consultants may appear to others to be similar to their own creative work. Do not send us original creative materials without receiving a request. Except as provided in the “Submitting Ideas” section (above), Glacier Management does not claim ownership of any text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, sound recordings, videos, audio and video footage, or other content that you submit to Glacier Management using the social media tools we make available to you (each, a “Post”). For clarity, Posts are different from other information you provide to us in that once posted, they are immediately available to others. Examples of Posts include comments posted on our blogs or in chat rooms that we sponsor. 

You agree that you will not create any message that is, in whole or in part, defamatory; scandalous; inflammatory; discriminatory; libelous; false; threatening; vulgar; obscene; pornographic; profane; abusive; harassing; invasive of another's privacy; hateful or threatening; targeted at gender, race, color, sexual orientation, national origin, religious beliefs, or disability; intended to violate any local, state, national, or international law; or restrict or infringe any right of any party. Exemption from liability

You agree to defend and indemnify Glacier Management, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, obligations and payments, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of, in particular, your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

General provisions

Access to the Content may be restricted by law in some countries or to certain individuals. You use the Site at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local law. 

Current legislation

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and Glacier Management hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine for the purpose of adjudication or injunction of any claim, action or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. 

Integrity of the agreement

Except as expressly provided in a specific notice or legal disclaimer, these Terms and Conditions, which also include our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glacier Management regarding your use of the Site and the Content.

Definition of concepts and terms 

  1. Performer – Fitness & Wellness Club “GLACIER”
  2. Group class – a class conducted by a trainer-instructor of the “Fitness & Wellness Club “GLACIER” (hereinafter referred to as the Club) for a group of visitors (from 2 people or more) in a specially designated place, according to the schedule approved by the Club administration. 
  3. Customer (client, visitor) – a physically capable person who acts independently or in the interests of a child (minor person from 7 years old), to whom the Contractor provides sports and recreation services. 
  4. Individual training - classes with an instructor-methodologist, trainer according to an individual program, are held after payment for individual training or a training program according to the price list.
  5. Club employees (Club staff, Club administration) are individuals who are in an employment relationship with the Contractor or represent its interests in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. 
  6. The gym area is a part of the Club equipped with strength, cardio, and functional training equipment, designed for independent or individual training.
  7. Fitness area – a part of the Club's territory intended for group classes or training under the supervision of a trainer.
  8. Yoga area – a specially equipped room or location within the Club, designed for conducting individual and group yoga, stretching, meditation and other static practices under the guidance of an instructor or independently.
  9. Massage room – a room in the Fitness & Wellness Club “GLACIER”, equipped to provide relaxing, sports, therapeutic massage services and other related procedures, which are performed by a certified specialist by appointment.

General rules and regulations 

  1. These Rules for Visiting the Fitness & Wellness Club “GLACIER” (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are designed to regulate the work of the Club, establish the procedure for visiting and the safe stay of Customers on the territory of the Club while receiving Services. 
  2. In all situations not regulated by these Rules, the parties shall be guided by the legislation of Ukraine.
  3. The Club provides the Customer with the following health, sports and rehabilitation services in the quantity and terms specified in the individual plan or one-time visit: visiting the gym area; attending individual physiotherapy classes; attending individual and group classes; conducting therapeutic massage, classical, aesthetic, apparatus; services for conducting group and individual physical education classes provided for children. 
  4. Club opening hours: Monday – Sunday from 8:00 to 20:00. The Club administration has the right to change the working hours, about which the Customer is informed by means of information in the consumer corner and/or by posting on the official website of the Glacier Premium Apartments Hotel (https://glacierhotel.com.ua) 
  5. During health and sports events, repair work, sanitary days, and due to technical conditions, the Club's work may be partially limited or adjusted. 
  6. Admission to exercise equipment and group classes ends 15 minutes before the Club closes. 
  7. The cost of health and sports services is determined in accordance with the Price List approved by the Contractor.
  8. The price list for services may be changed, which the Club informs visitors about by posting relevant information in the consumer corner.
  9. By providing health and sports services, the Contractor provides the Customer with qualified and professional personnel. 
  10. The Customer's access to the Club territory is carried out after registering for accommodation at the Glacier Hotel and paying for a lesson (additional services). For guests of the Glacier Hotel, entrance to the Club is free, additional paid services are paid according to the Club price list.
  11. Inventory, equipment, and towels are the property of the Contractor and the Customer is obliged to treat them with care. 
  12. In case of loss (damage) of property, inventory, equipment, towel, the Customer is obliged to notify the Club administration as soon as possible. The Customer shall compensate the Contractor for the cost of the damaged (lost) property. 
  13. The Customer is aware of and accepts the fact that with the development of the Club, these Rules are subject to adjustment, change and adoption in a new version. 
  14. In particular, the Contractor has the right, without the consent of the Customer, to introduce new types, types and categories of services, to expand, change and improve the range of services provided under the Agreement, to introduce other forms of visiting the Club. The Customer agrees that any changes to these Rules are implemented unilaterally by issuing a relevant order of the Contractor. In the event of amendments to these Rules, the Contractor shall bring information about the changes to the Customer's attention by posting a new version of the Rules on the official website of the Club and at the Club reception. Individual notification of the Customer or signing by the Customer of additional agreements or any other annexes to the Agreement or to the application for accession for the changes to the Rules to come into force is not required. Changes to the Rules come into force from the moment of issuing the relevant order of the Contractor. A change to the Rules is not considered a change to the terms of the Agreement and is not considered to be made at its own discretion. 
  15. Contraindications to receiving services at the center are:
  • Acute infectious diseases.
  • Active stage of all forms of tuberculosis.
  • Purulent skin diseases, infectious skin diseases, infected wounds (scabies, fungal diseases, etc.), pediculosis.
  • Decompensated somatic diseases: endocrine diseases (diabetes mellitus, thyroid pathology, etc.); hepatic, pancreatic insufficiency of the III degree; uncontrolled arrhythmias, heart failure of the IV f. class according to NYHA; respiratory failure of the III degree, critical stenosis of vessels, blood clots in the cavities of the heart chambers. Instability of vital signs (pulse, blood pressure, SpO2, CPR, temperature)
  • Hemorrhagic syndrome with frequent and/or intense bleeding regardless of etiology, severe anemia (hemoglobin level less than 80 g/l).
  • Fever or low-grade fever of unknown origin.
  • Mental illnesses and other disorders of higher nervous activity that require special supervision and make productive contact with patients impossible
  • Acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, the presence of free or floating thrombi, pulmonary embolism
  • Sores on the body, infected wounds.

Procedure for purchasing and using services 

  1. Payment for any of the offered types of services, payment for additional services is made exclusively to the Club's cash desk or to the Contractor's current account. 
  2. The conditions of visit and rules are defined in the price list, which is posted at the reception and in the consumer corner.
  3. The validity period of a paid additional service may be extended only if the class/service did not take place due to the Contractor's fault. In all other cases of missed classes, claims regarding payment, refunds or postponement of classes are not accepted by the Club administration. 

General rules for visiting the Club 

  1. The Visitor shall introduce himself to the Club receptionist each time the Customer visits the Club. The Club staff shall have the right to require the Customer to present an identification document. The Club Administrator shall issue the Customer a towel and provide instructions on how to use the code lock on the locker for changing clothes.
  2. While on the territory of the Club, the Customer must behave in accordance with the rules of public order, not disturb other visitors to the Club, and observe cleanliness, order, personal hygiene, sanitation, and fire safety. 
  3. In addition to existing prohibitions stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine, on the territory of the Club, the Customer is prohibited from: 
  • To be with any type of weapon, as well as to carry cold weapons, firearms, and any other weapons. 
  • Consume alcoholic beverages, drugs and/or their analogues, as well as smoke (including electronic cigarettes). 
  • Bring your own drinks (including water) into the Club territory for commercial purposes.
  • To carry out unauthorized distribution and sale of beverages, narcotic drugs and (or) their analogues, any medications and (or) sports nutrition and (or) dietary supplements. 
  • Bring any animals onto the Club territory without the consent of the Club administration. 
  • Stay in areas designated for Club personnel. 
  • Use loudspeakers on the Club premises.
  • Committing actions that contradict generally accepted moral and ethical norms. 
  • Behaving indecently and using obscene gestures. 
  • To show racial, religious, national or any other discrimination. 
  • Be rude to the staff and other visitors to the Club. 
  • Use obscene, loud, offensive language and threats against any person. 
  • Talk on the phone, turn on video/music, etc. on your own gadgets without using headphones
  1. The Customer is entitled to bring and use their own hygiene products to the Club.
  2. Entrance to the gym area is allowed only in neat sportswear and changeable shoes. It is advisable to wear closed-toe sports shoes with a rigidly fixed heel. During training, both the upper and lower parts of the body must be covered. 
  3. It is forbidden to train barefoot or in socks. The exception is special classes (yoga, Pilates, etc.). 
  4. The Customer may use the services of only the Club instructors on the Club's premises. Personal training by other visitors is prohibited. 
  5. The customer must treat the sports equipment with care and is financially responsible for its damage.
  6. The Club administration recommends that before starting classes, you undergo initial instruction from a trainer. The Visitor is responsible for the assessment and state of health. The Visitor is fully responsible for his or her health.
  7. The Contractor is not liable for damage associated with deterioration of health if the Customer's health condition deteriorated due to an acute illness, exacerbation of an injury or a chronic illness that he had before the visit. 
  8. The Contractor is not liable for any harm caused to the Customer's health as a result of performing physical exercises due to violation of the requirements of the Club's instructors.
  9. After the end of classes, the Customer is obliged to vacate the locker in the locker room. 
  10. In the event of sports equipment being taken out of the Club's territory or its loss or damage, the Customer shall reimburse the full cost. 
  11. The Contractor is not responsible for forgotten, lost, stolen or unattended belongings of the Customer or persons for whom he is responsible. For questions regarding the safety of personal belongings, please contact the Club employees. 
  12. In the event of an air raid alert, please leave the Club premises immediately and proceed to the shelter located on the -2nd floor of the hotel. You can reach it by using the stairs from the 11th floor, following the navigation signs.
  13. In the event of a fire alarm, you must immediately leave the hotel premises. In this case, it is prohibited to use the elevators. You must exit the building via the fire escape, following the navigation signs. You must leave the building by going outside via the exit on the first floor of the hotel, move to a safe distance and follow the instructions of the staff responsible for evacuating guests. For fire safety reasons, please familiarize yourself in advance with the evacuation plans, the location of fire extinguishers and the escape routes posted at the entrance. 

 Procedure for visiting the gym area

  1. To avoid injuries, the Club administration recommends undergoing initial instruction on strength rehabilitation equipment. 
  2. Children from 6 to 16 years old are allowed in the gym during personal or group training only under the guidance of an instructor or accompanied by parents. Children from 0 to 6 years old are not allowed in the fitness room.
  3. Children under 16 years of age are strictly prohibited from staying in the gym on their own. 
  4. For training, you must change into sportswear and replaceable closed-toe sports shoes. 
  5. During training on the simulator, it is imperative to use an individual towel and, if necessary, napkins. 
  6. Visitors are required to follow safety precautions and rules for operating the simulators. 
  7. It is forbidden to move the exercise equipment yourself.
  8. It is forbidden to lift the bar without using locks or clamps.
  9. Exercises in the free weight area that involve the use of maximum weight should only be performed under the supervision of instructors. 
  10. When performing basic exercises (deadlifts, squats, etc.), you must use an athletic belt. 
  11. Exercises with free weights should be performed at a distance of at least 1.5-2 meters from glass and mirrors. 
  12. It is necessary to ensure that long and loose clothing items, laces, and towels do not fall on the moving parts of the exercise equipment. 
  13. Before starting a workout on a treadmill, you must stand on the supports at the edges of the moving belt, set the minimum speed and start training after the belt starts moving. You cannot get off the simulator until the belt has completely stopped. 
  14. After performing the exercises, the visitor is required to remove sports equipment (inventory) to specially designated places. 
  15. It is prohibited to independently adjust the hall's air conditioning and ventilation system, broadcast volume, and selection of musical accompaniment.
  16. In case of breakage or damage to sports equipment, it is necessary to stop the class and inform the instructor about it. Classes can be continued only after the malfunctions are eliminated or the sports equipment (equipment) is replaced. 
  17. It is forbidden to bring bags, packages, backpacks, etc. into the gym. 

Procedure for conducting therapeutic, classical, relaxation, manual massage

  1. Visitors to the massage procedure must follow general rules of personal hygiene.
  2. General contraindications for massage (cancer diseases; acute infectious diseases; elevated body temperature; purulent skin diseases; mental illnesses during the exacerbation period).
  3. Before the first procedure, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the current Rules, carefully listen to the specialist's instructions and adhere to these rules throughout the entire course of recovery. Before starting the massage, the Visitor must inform the Club specialist about any medical problems, injuries or allergies.
  4. You should not undergo a therapeutic massage procedure on an empty stomach or immediately after eating (it is better to do it 40-60 minutes before or after). 
  5. In case of any discomfort, pain, dizziness, the Customer must immediately notify the Club specialist. The specialist must stop the massage. The Customer always has the right to stop the procedure if he feels discomfort.

Procedure for conducting group classes in various areas 

  1. Group classes are held exclusively by schedule. 
  2. The duration of one lesson is 45-60 minutes.
  3. When choosing classes, the Customer should be guided by their own level of training. The necessary explanations can be obtained from the Center employees. 
  4. If the person is more than 15 minutes late for class, the instructor has the right to deny the latecomer access to class. 
  5. The use of mobile phones during group classes is prohibited. 
  6. The Center administration has the right to make changes to the group class schedule, as well as replace the instructor who conducts group classes according to the schedule.
  7. After the class is over, Club visitors should not collect the equipment that was used during the class. 
  8. By these Rules, the Contractor warns, and the Customer is aware and agrees that training rooms for group classes have a certain permissible number of seats, exceeding which leads to inconvenience for visitors during classes in group rooms, and, as a result, to the inadequate provision of such types of rehabilitation services to visitors. Since any excess of the permissible number of visitors in group classes may result in the establishment of restrictions for visitors to the Center regarding their participation in such group classes, such a restriction cannot be regarded as the Contractor's own initiative, for which the Contractor must be responsible, but only indicates the increased popularity of this type of group classes. 
  9. The schedule of group programs may change, of which visitors are notified by posting relevant information on the Center's official website and/or in any other way. 

Procedure for conducting personal training sessions with a gym instructor, personal trainer 

  1. Visitors to the Center are offered personal training for a fee set according to the price list. 
  2. Visitors to the Center must promptly notify the personal trainer or reception administrator of the impossibility of attending an individual training session or of being late. If the cancellation (postponement) of an individual training session was not made on time (at least one and a half hours before the start of the session), the session will be debited from the Customer's account or paid for upon subsequent visits to the Center. 

The procedure for visiting the group class room:

  1. A responsible specialist will provide instruction on safety requirements and prohibitions during classes. Patients should be warned about safety measures and possible dangers.
  2. Stop exercising immediately if you experience nausea, dizziness, or pain during exercise and notify your professional.
  3. Exercise is energy-intensive and can cause sweating, so it's important to pay attention to adequate nutrition and fluid intake before exercise. Heavy meals that include ingredients that are difficult to digest should be avoided.
  4. It is forbidden to start classes without the permission of a specialist; to attend classes while intoxicated or after drinking alcohol, to run in the area where the equipment is located; to practice immediately after eating; to start classes when feeling unwell; to attend classes with open wounds, infections, skin diseases, and to create situations that may cause injury to other visitors.

General rules and regulations 

  1. Coworking is open daily from 09:00 to 21:00
  2. When ordering an individual space in the coworking space, you will be provided with free use of the coffee break area (tea, water, coffee, snacks).
  3. It is prohibited to use the printer area without the presence of the coworking administrator.
  4. When booking conference areas for individual workplaces, it is possible to equip the rooms with up to 3 additional workplaces as needed at no additional cost (subject to availability of free furniture).
  5. When booking a coworking space or conference area, you will receive the following for free:
  • Interactive whiteboard
  • Projector (by location)
  • Two flipcharts with paper and markers (1 roll of paper per 1 flipchart)
  • For an additional fee, you can order pens, letters, notebooks, etc. (according to the customer's wishes and budget).
  1. When visiting the coworking space, the Tenant is required to fill out the appropriate Questionnaire.
  2. The tenant is fully responsible for himself and his guests and for their actions as for his own;
  3. In the coworking area, phones must be put on vibrate or silent mode.
  4. In the event that a cleaning lady is required to ensure cleanliness in specific areas due to the user's activities, the user must notify the Coworking Administrator.
  5. Coworking users must comply with fire safety rules, sanitary standards, treat property located in the coworking space and in the building with care, and in the event of damage to such property, compensate for the damages caused according to the price list. 
  6. In the event of a fire alarm or air raid, please leave the coworking space immediately, without using the elevators. Go down the stairs to the -2 floor of the hotel (shelter), following the navigation signs and instructions from the staff. 

In order to ensure general safety, fire safety, to preserve the property of the coworking space and residents, as well as to ensure information security, the following means are used on the coworking space:

  • Audio and video surveillance with recording of events stored on the service operator's server.
  • Special means of notification, alarm and fire extinguishing, which are used to prevent smoke, fire and extinguish flames.

The following is prohibited in coworking:

  1. Smoking (including using vapor generators and electronic cigarettes);
  2. Use alcoholic beverages, drugs, or other prohibited substances
  3. Create obstacles and inconvenience to other persons, including making noise, using obscene language and performing any actions of an offensive nature towards other persons;
  4. Stay with pets
  5. Minor children under 14 years of age are allowed to stay in the coworking space. Children from 14 to 18 years of age are allowed to stay in the coworking space accompanied by a legal representative who is obliged to monitor the children's compliance with these Rules.
  6. Move around on roller skates, skateboards and other means of transportation
  7. Perform work that is noisy without prior approval from the Administrator
  8. Outsiders who do not live at the Glacier Hotel are prohibited from being in the coworking space;
  9. Watch movies or videos, listen to audio materials without using headphones when booking a seat;
  10. Talk on the phone using the speakerphone
  11. View, download, use, store and distribute in the coworking space: pornographic materials, spam, malware; materials that incite racial, religious and national hatred; content that violates intellectual property rights and the Legislation on Personal Data Protection; other materials that violate the current Legislation of Ukraine. The client and resident are personally responsible for viewing, downloading, using, storing and distributing such content;
  12. Without the prior written permission of the Administrator, move furniture, equipment and other property within the coworking space and take it outside the coworking space;
  13. Compensation for cleaning up after smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages, and hooliganism is 1000 UAH for each case and is payable on the day of the violation.
  14. In the self-service area of the Kitchen and Relaxation Zone, Tenants are allowed to use the available dishes, coffee machine, cooler, tea bags, sweets, spices, salt and sugar;
  15. When working in a coworking space, a Guest is prohibited from occupying someone else's workplace for a certain day.

The coworking administration reserves the right:

  1. Close the coworking space for closed events with prior notification to Glacier Hotel residents through the hotel reception no less than 6 hours before such event.
  2. Close some offices or workplaces due to technical reasons, maintenance, etc. without prior notice.

Rules for using the kitchen area

  1. The Coworking recreation area has a coffee break area equipped with the following shared equipment: refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle. Such equipment can be used by active coworking residents unlimitedly during the opening hours of the reception area at the corresponding location.
  2. In order to comply with sanitary standards and order, active residents and guests of the coworking space are prohibited from leaving personal belongings, including their own food and drinks, in the corporate kitchen area, except for places specially designated for this purpose, including the common use area in the common refrigerator.
  3. In order to comply with sanitary standards and order, it is not allowed to leave the eating area and dishes uncleaned.
  4. In order to comply with sanitary standards and order, coworking representatives reserve the right to dispose of residents' food products that are unfit for consumption and may cause unpleasant odors, spoil the shared environment (including the refrigerator) or cause poisoning if consumed. It is not allowed to store any food products without appropriate sealed packaging.
  5. In the event of a malfunction of any equipment, or the end of the supply of food products included in the price (tea, coffee), the Tenant must immediately notify the coworking administrator. 

The rules are designed to create a comfortable, safe, and educational and entertaining environment for children, as well as to clearly organize the work of the “Glacier Kids” space (hereinafter referred to as the Space). All visitors are required to comply with the requirements set out below.

General provisions:

  1. These rules are mandatory for all visitors to the Children's Space.
  2. A child's stay at Prostor implies full consent of the parents or authorized persons to these Rules. Prostor reserves the right to change the Rules unilaterally with mandatory notification of guests through the reception or the hotel website.
  3. For guests staying at the Glacier Hotel, access to the children's area is included in the price of accommodation for 3 hours per day.
  4. The set limit of 3 hours is provided once per day (from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM) and cannot be divided or transferred.
  5. If a child leaves the children's space earlier than 3 hours, the remaining time is canceled and considered used. Returning on the same day is possible only on a paid basis, according to the price list.
  6. The space is open every day, seven days a week, from 08:00 to 21:00, without a lunch break.
  7. The administration reserves the right to change the operating hours, of which guests are notified in advance through the reception or the Hotel's information resources.
  8. The space accepts children aged 5 to 18. Children under 5 years old may be on the territory of the DP only under the supervision of parents/guardians/other legal representatives. For children aged 0 to 5 years old, there is a kindergarten on the territory of the Glacier Hotel.
  9. Parents can visit the PlayStation/Via zone with their own children for a fee (payment for an adult is made at the same rates as for a child). The 3-hour free rule in the PlayStation/Via zone does not apply to parents/adults without children.
  10. Children under the age of 5 are allowed in the Space only with their parents or authorized adults.
  11. Children aged 5 and over may be supervised by Prostor staff if their parents have signed a Consent Statement.
  12. The accompanying person or parents who signed the Application for Consent for a child to visit the Space without their presence are obliged to ensure that the Administration can immediately contact them at the telephone number indicated as the contact number in the application submitted to the Space Administration. 
  13. The maximum number of children who can stay in the Space at the same time is 50 people. Guests must pre-book the child's stay, no less than 30 minutes before the visit. Booking is made in several ways: by phone call, messenger (convenient for the guest), directly through the reception of the children's space. The guest, at the time of booking the children's space, must already be settled in the apartments of the Glacier Hotel. 
  14. In the event that the guest is still waiting to check into the apartment, visiting the children's area is only possible on a paid basis, according to the price list established in the Consumer Corner, or at the reception of the children's area.
  15. The Children's Space hosts developmental, creative, sports, and educational classes for different age groups.
  16. The activity schedule is updated monthly and is available at the Prostor reception.
  17. All classes are held only in the presence of a Prostor employee.
  18. The space is not responsible for lost valuables, money, or gadgets. Each child has an individual locker with a key to store personal belongings.
  19. Before visiting the Children's Space, both children and adults must leave their outerwear and take off their shoes. It is recommended to wear socks and not walk barefoot. If visitors do not have socks, they can be purchased at the reception of the DP
  20. The use of phones and tablets in the Space is not welcome.

Safety and conduct rules:

  1. Children with signs of illness (runny nose, cough, rash, fever, allergic manifestations, dermatitis, etc.) are not allowed into the Space.
  2. If a child complains of feeling unwell, the staff immediately informs the parents and asks them to pick up the child.
  3. In case of injury to a child while in the children's space, first aid is provided immediately. In difficult cases, the staff of the DP immediately calls the ambulance "Medical Prykarpattya" and informs the parents about it. The bill for private ambulance services is paid by the guest.
  4. All children must behave politely and respectfully towards other children and staff.
  5. Prostor educators have the right to limit or terminate a child's attendance at the DP in the event of:
  • systematic violation of rules;
  • manifestations of aggression, bullying, physical or verbal violence;
  • threats to themselves or other children.
  1. In the event of acute conflict behavior, staff immediately calls parents to the children's space.
  2. Visitors are required to treat the Game Elements, props, equipment and other property of the Space with care. It is forbidden to take toys, books, other goods and services of the children's space outside the boundaries of the DP, with the exception of handmade materials made by children during master classes or group games, exercises, etc.
  3. Accompanying persons or parents who have given written consent for their child to visit the Space without their presence are obliged to teach the Children to order by their own example: to adhere to generally accepted ethical norms and rules of conduct, both in relation to each other and in relation to the Space employees, to maintain cleanliness and order, and to treat the Space property with care.
  4. In the event of an air raid alert, all children must immediately leave the children's area, accompanied by the DP staff, and proceed to the shelter located on the -2nd floor of the hotel. The path to the shelter is via the evacuation stairs, according to the navigation signs. Parents or authorized persons staying in the hotel must join the child in the shelter as soon as possible.
  5. In the event of a fire alarm, children and staff are immediately evacuated from the premises. The use of elevators is strictly prohibited. Children are taken out through the fire escape under the supervision of the fire department staff in accordance with the evacuation plan, after which they gather on the street near the main entrance of the hotel at a safe distance from the building. The administrator immediately informs parents of such events, and parents must promptly pick up their child from the gathering place.
  6. To ensure security, Prostor is under video surveillance.

Prohibited in the Children's Space:

  1. Bring and consume your own drinks and food.
  2. Prostor staff is not authorized to provide medication or perform any medical procedures.
  3. Bringing sharp, prickly, cutting objects, self-defense equipment, and large objects.
  4. Being in the Children's Space with animals (pets)
  5. It is prohibited to bring Guests/friends, etc. into the premises of the DP if they are not registered at the hotel or at the reception of the children's area.
