LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "Glacier Management"

People are the foundation of our business, which is why we fully understand the importance of privacy and data protection for all our guests. Therefore, we are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy rights and your choices, and to handling your personal data with the utmost care under all circumstances.
This Privacy Policy of Glacier Management Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to Glacier Management Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as Glacier Management LLC) and to all individual apartments rented by Glacier Management LLC (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Glacier Hotel”, “we” or “us”). We understand the importance of privacy. Therefore, we have developed this Policy to explain our policies regarding personal information obtained orally or in writing or provided when visiting this website, our hotel or from other sources.
When you use any of our services and/or agree to this Privacy Statement, for example, when you book a hotel room or stay at one of our hotels, you understand and acknowledge that we will collect and use personal information as described in this Privacy Notice.
Please note that a separate privacy policy applies to all personnel-related matters.
Please note that this Statement does not apply to the processing of personal information on behalf of or on behalf of third-party companies and service providers.
Glacier Management Limited Liability Company is a management company that controls all guest data using the Servio HMS program.
1. Personal information collected by Glacier Management LLC
Glacier Management Limited Liability Company collects personal data when communicating with a guest and other contact persons, in the course of conducting business, as well as through Servio HMS programs. Such personal information may include: your name/surname, mailing address, billing address, email address, telephone number, information about booking, staying or visiting the hotel; information about participating in competitions, lotteries or marketing programs (even if you did not stay in one of our hotels); information about purchased products or services; personal data: nationality, income level, passport number, place and date of passport issue; travel data; payment information, such as the number and other details of your payment card, as well as authentication information and other account and account data associated with mobile accounts; information about your preferences when choosing a room; information about the amount of marketing information you wish to receive; information about the cars in which you can arrive at our hotels; reviews and opinions about our brands or hotels (if identified or associated with you); ordered packages that include hotel reservations; groups you are associated with during your stay at the hotel; information provided in connection with your participation in a loyalty program; other types of information provided by you or received by us about you.
Glacier Management LLC may request data about tour groups, including names and numbers of program participants. We may also collect information related to conversations, including logging or monitoring customer service calls for quality control and training purposes, and other types of communications, such as messages received through the app or SMS messages.
In addition, below are cases when Glacier Management LLC requires additional personal information.
• Surveys. Glacier Management LLC may request demographic data or other personal information during surveys.
• Collection of information at the hotel. Sometimes, in accordance with local law, Glacier Management LLC is forced to request additional personal information from you when registering and checking into a hotel. In hotels, we may use a security video surveillance system and other security measures that allow us to capture and store images of guests and visitors in public areas, as well as information related to your location in our hotels (using key cards and other devices). We may also use a security video surveillance system and other technologies that record sound or video to protect our employees, guests and visitors to our hotels in cases permitted by law. In addition, we may need additional information to provide a number of services at the hotel: visiting the spa center, gym, children's room, organizing events.
Event Profiles. When planning an event, Glacier Management LLC records the event or meeting details, date, number of guests, room description. When hosting corporate events, we will need information about the organization: name, annual budget, number of events funded per year. We also collect information about guests who are members of your group or who are participating in the event. If you are visiting us as part of a group, we may have your personal information provided by the group, and may contact you based on your visit as part of the group or participation in the event at your discretion, where permitted by law. If you are visiting us as part of an event, where permitted by law, we may provide personal information about you to the event organizers. If you are organizing an event, we may also share information about your event with a third-party service provider who may offer services for the event, where permitted by law.
• Social media. If you wish to participate in events and promotions held by Glacier Management LLC on social media, we may need certain information from your social media account: location, hotel check-ins, event participation, interests, photos, status changes, and friends list. Glacier Management LLC may also allow you to participate in contests by providing photos, for example, taken during your stay with us, which you may post on social media for voting, display, or participation in other promotions.
In addition to the information that Glacier Management LLC receives directly from you, we may also create information about you based on information you provide or other information we collect.
2. Personal information received by Glacier Management LLC from third-party companies
Glacier Management LLC may also receive information about you from third parties, including information from tour operator and travel agent companies, payment card companies and other partners, from social networks in accordance with your settings for such services, as well as from other third-party sources that may provide us with information about you in accordance with the law. Glacier Management LLC may use and provide this information (and combine it with other data we have about you) for the purposes specified in this Statement.
3. Glacier Management LLC’s use of personal information provided by you
Glacier Management LLC uses your personal data in a variety of ways, including to provide and personalize the services you request and expect from us, to offer you the highest level of service you expect in your room, to carry out direct marketing and sales activities in accordance with the detailed description below. Before processing your data, we obtain your consent, if necessary in accordance with applicable law.
Glacier Management LLC is required to collect certain information, including your name, address, and payment information. If you refuse to provide the required information, we will not be able to process your reservation.
4. Personal information that Glacier Management LLC provides to third-party companies
In order to offer you the highest level of service in accordance with your expectations, Glacier Management LLC may provide your personal information to our service providers, third-party companies and other third parties in accordance with the explanation below:
• Group events or meetings. If you are staying at the Glacier Hotel as part of a group event or meeting, information obtained to plan the meeting or event may be shared with the organizers of those meetings and events and, if necessary, with guests who are organizing or participating in the event.
• Business partners. Glacier Management LLC may partner with other companies to provide you with products, services and offers based on your stay at our hotels, and may share your information with our business partners as appropriate. For example, we may agree with our partners to provide you with other additional services. In order to provide these services, we must share your personal information with our partners. We may also share your personal information, such as your email address, with our travel partners to help them assess your compliance with travel policies or use of special rate plans, or to enable you to participate in joint marketing activities with our travel partners. Glacier Management LLC may also partner with third-party organizations, such as our partner tour operators, travel agents and payment card providers, to enable us to deliver advertising to our joint customers. Our partners may be able to provide you with more relevant offers based on information about your stay at our hotels. In addition, we may allow third-party partners to recognize you when you visit a website or use that partner's application, or to recognize you as one of their customers when you visit their sites, so that they can provide you with more relevant offers. We may share your hashed email address with third-party companies, using applicable security measures, so that they can associate it with their hashed email addresses and send you advertising on our behalf across the Internet and via email.
• Promotion partners. Glacier Management LLC may conduct promotions, sweepstakes, lotteries, competitions or contests in cooperation with other companies, and may provide prizes for sweepstakes and contests conducted by other companies. If you participate in one of the sweepstakes or contests, we may provide your information to our event partners or third-party sponsors.
Hotel Services. Glacier Management LLC may provide personal information to third-party vendors who provide services on the hotel premises, including spa treatments, conference services, catering services, and other related services.
• Service providers. Glacier Management LLC relies on third-party companies to provide services and products on our behalf and may share your personal information with them, depending on the circumstances. Generally, our service providers are contractually obligated to protect your personal information and may not otherwise use or share your personal information, except as required by law. However, our service providers may use, but not disclose, your personal information for fraud detection purposes after fraud detection. Glacier Management LLC may also engage service providers to communicate news and deliver promotional and business materials to you on our behalf, including personalized advertising on the Internet and in mobile applications in accordance with your preferences and applicable law. We only work with companies that provide an opportunity to opt out of such advertising. We may also share information with service providers to allow you to design itineraries by selecting sites, activities, and restaurants from lists that we have prepared personally for you, based on your preferences and data from third-party companies.
• Commercial agreements. As our business develops, Glacier Management LLC may sell or purchase businesses or assets, or cease to manage an apartment currently part of our hotel. In light of this circumstance, our company may transfer, sell or assign the information we collect, including, but not limited to, General Information (as described further in the Policy) and personal data to one or more affiliated or independent third-party companies as part of these commercial agreements. In accordance with local law, we will provide notice of our intention to transfer personal data to third parties for this purpose and explain how you can opt out of such a transfer.
• Supplement. In addition, Glacier Management LLC may disclose personal information in the following cases: (I) as required by applicable law; (II) in response to government or public authority requests; (III) as required by legal process; (IV) as a means of protecting the rights, privacy, safety or property of Glacier Management LLC, site visitors, guests, employees or the public; (V) to protect its rights or mitigate possible losses; (VI) to comply with the terms and conditions specified on our websites; (VII) in emergency situations.
5. General information
When you visit and use our website and applications, Glacier Management LLC collects other non-personally identifiable information about your use of the site, such as the directory of site pages you visit and the number of visits to our sites (“General Information”). Glacier Management LLC uses General Information, as well as data obtained from third-party companies, to deliver advertising to you via email, the Internet (on our and other sites), and mobile applications.
Glacier Management LLC uses cookies and other technologies (e.g., “pixel markers,” “web beacons,” “clear GIFs,” links in email messages, JavaScript, device identification numbers assigned by Google or Apple, or other similar technologies) to collect such information.

Glacier Management LLC may use aggregated and aggregated information or anonymous personal information obtained from third-party companies to gain a more accurate picture of our users (for example, we may use aggregated information to calculate the percentage of our users who have a particular area code). The term “sensitive information” means information related to your race or nationality, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, sexual life and orientation, genetics, criminal history, and any unique biometric data used for identification purposes. In some jurisdictions, mobile phone numbers, location data, and information on identity documents are also sensitive information.
Glacier Management LLC does not generally collect sensitive information unless it is voluntarily provided by you or unless we are required to do so by applicable laws or regulations. We may use the health information you provide to provide a higher level of service that best meets your needs (for example, providing a room for people with disabilities).
7. Personal information obtained from children
Glacier Management LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian, do not allow your children to provide personal information without your permission.
8. Access to the site from a mobile phone and services provided based on location.
Glacier Management LLC offers mobile applications that can be downloaded to a smartphone or mobile device. These applications have various functionalities, improve the quality of customer service. In addition to the service provided, our applications may collect personal information and general information, which will be used in accordance with this Policy. For example, to make or change a reservation, you will need to provide some personal information or other information as necessary. Before downloading any of our applications, we provide visitors with a link to this Policy.
If you allow our mobile applications to access your location information on your device, our mobile applications may use the Global Positioning System (GPS) technology and other technologies (such as wireless transmitters known as “beacons”) on your mobile device to provide you with information and offers based on your location. “Beacons” allow us to collect information about your location at participating hotels by interacting with mobile devices that are within range. We may use this location information to improve your hotel experience by sending notifications and other information to your mobile device, providing navigational assistance as you navigate around our hotels, and sending you information and offers about products, services, or activities that we think may be of interest to you. We may share this information with third-party companies, including business partners and service providers, to provide you with information, offers, and services that may be of interest to you. You can prohibit or limit the collection of location information by changing the settings in the application or changing the settings of your mobile device.
We offer all of these mobile and location-based services only to the extent permitted by local law.
9. Links to third-party websites and services
Our website and mobile applications may contain links to third-party websites. Please note that we are not responsible for the collection, use and management of this data, as well as the provision or disclosure of data and information by these third-party companies. If you provide information to third-party websites, it is subject to the privacy policies and terms of service applicable to those websites. Glacier Management LLC may also work with a limited number of Internet service providers that provide free Internet access to our guests. Your use of the Internet at the hotel is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of the third-party Internet service provider. You can review these terms and conditions by clicking on the link on the login page or by visiting the Internet service provider’s website.
10. Protection of personal information
Glacier Manager LLC will take reasonable steps to: (I) protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction; (II) monitor the accuracy and timely updating of information where appropriate. Our company employs a reliable team of information security professionals responsible for creating, updating, and managing Glacier Manager LLC's security program.
Glacier Manager LLC's Global Information Security Team is responsible for monitoring our systems for potential intrusions, responding to potential incidents, ensuring hotel information security, regularly reviewing and updating the security controls our company uses to protect data, and training in the Glacier Manager LLC Information Security Program.
In the event of security incidents, our company will notify regulatory authorities and/or customers in accordance with applicable laws or regulations.
Glacier Management LLC also requires that our partners and service providers do everything possible to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information received. When performing transactions on the Internet, we use sufficient technical means to protect the personal information provided by you on our site. Unfortunately, there is no completely reliable security system or data transmission system over the Internet.
To protect your privacy, please do not send us payment card numbers or any other sensitive personal information via email.
11. Changes and access to personal information
In cases established by applicable law, Glacier Management LLC may provide you with information about the information available about you and even, if necessary, you may withdraw your consent to certain types of processing of your data and/or request to change, correct, delete your personal data and/or suspend its processing. All necessary updates and changes will be made within the period established by applicable law and in accordance with the requirements of the law. In order to maintain confidentiality, the response to the request will be sent to the email address registered with us or provided in another way.
Additionally, in certain circumstances and in accordance with applicable law, you may request that Glacier Management LLC not provide personal information about you to our business partners or that we cease using personal information about you by contacting us by email. We will comply with such requests in accordance with applicable law.
12. Storage of personal information
Glacier Management LLC retains your personal information for the period specified in these Terms of Use, unless a longer retention period is required or otherwise required by applicable law. We retain your personal data collected for the purposes specified in these Terms of Use for three years after the end of your stay. Other personal data is retained for a shorter period, if possible and permitted by law.
We will destroy your personal data as soon as possible without the possibility of its recovery or reproduction. Personal data on paper media will be destroyed in a reliable manner, for example, by shredding paper documents in a shredder, incineration or otherwise, and personal data stored in electronic form will be destroyed using technical means that guarantee the impossibility of further recovery or reproduction of this data.
13. Choosing marketing communications
If you have provided us with your contact information (postal address, email address or phone number) in accordance with your wishes and with your consent (in cases where it is required), Glacier Management LLC may inform you about our products and services or invite you to events by email, through online advertising, social networks, WeChat, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, by phone, by text messages (including SMS and MMS), push notifications, internal messages, by mail, through customer support, as well as by other means.
If you prefer not to receive electronic marketing materials from us, you may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe feature in the email you receive from us. It may take up to ten business days for your opt-out request to be processed.
You can also opt out of receiving text messages at the hotel reception desk during your check-in, your stay at the hotel, and when you check out of the hotel.
14. Changes to the Regulations
These Terms may be changed from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post a link to the updated version of the Terms on our home page, and if you have registered for any of our products or services, you will receive a notification via your preferred communication method. The date these Terms were last updated is indicated at this link and at the top of the document.
Any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective upon posting of the updated version on the Site. Your use of the Site, any of our products and services, and/or your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions as they become effective.
