Club program for regular guests
Terms and conditions for issuing a regular guest club card:
- The Club Card is provided if the Guest has stayed at the Glacier Hotel in any category of apartments for a total of 20 or more days within one calendar year. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not summed and do not participate in the calculation.
- Reservations were made through the hotel website https://glacierhotel.com.ua/ , the hotel's Sales and Reservations Department by phone +380 97 401 1504, or the hotel reception. Reservations made through other websites, agents, operators, OTA channels, etc. are not eligible for participation in the club program.
- Bookings made within one calendar year for the same person. Bookings made by different persons, such as relatives, friends, etc., cannot be counted under one club program.
- The program is valid and provided only for adults.
- For private individuals and personal bookings only. The card is not issued and is not valid for legal entities, sole proprietors, enterprises of other forms of organization, group bookings, agents, operators, etc.
- The card is not issued for bookings by one person of multiple rooms with a total stay of 20 days (i.e., for group bookings).
- The card has a unique serial number. It is valid upon presentation of the card and an identity document.
- It is prohibited to transfer the card to other people to receive a discount.
- The card is not valid during the Christmas and New Year holidays, namely from December 15 to January 31.
- The terms and discounts of this program are not cumulative with other programs and discounts, special prices, promotions, and special hotel offers.
The card provides:
- The card provides 15% discount on basic services: early check-in, accommodation, late check-out.
- The card provides 15% discount on fitness center services (including massage services in the fitness center) and kids space. The discount does not apply to other additional services. The discount does not apply to restaurant services.
- When booking, you must provide your card number to receive the discount. The card terms are valid only if the card is presented at the reception desk upon check-in at the Glacier Hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to:
To make changes to the club program, its validity period, the list of services for which the discount applies, the conditions for obtaining a club card, and to completely terminate the "Regular Guest" club program and cancel the issued cards.
The Hotel is obliged to inform the Client (Guest) who is the owner of the “Regular Guest” club card about any changes by publishing changes and updates on the official website of the Glacier Hotel https://glacierhotel.com.ua/ 1 week before making changes or terminating the program. In the event of making changes to the program rules or terminating the program, the Glacier Hotel does not provide its participants with any compensation, cash payments or replacing the program with another program.
The club card is issued to the hotel client (Guest) upon his personal request sent to the hotel reception or to the Sales and Reservations Department of the Glacier Hotel. The Glacier Hotel considers this request, checks the information for each specific Client (Guest) for compliance with the conditions for issuing the “Regular Guest” club card. In the event that the Guest does not have enough days spent at the hotel during the calendar year, the hotel informs about the refusal with an explanation of the reason. If the Guest falls under the conditions of the “Regular Guest” club program, the Hotel prepares a plastic card and sends it to the Guest within 30 business days from the moment of receiving the application from the Guest.
The Regular Guest card may be issued only by the Glacier Hotel or its authorized representative (the management company of Glacier Management LLC). The Glacier Hotel does not authorize third parties to issue “ Regular Guest” club cards, does not transfer cards to third parties, does not sell cards, does not give cards, does not hold raffles of “ Regular Guest” club cards. If you received the “ Regular Guest” club card in any other way than described in these rules, it may be invalid. Please inform the Glacier Hotel about such facts at sales.department@glacier.com.ua.
In case of loss of the card by the guest, they must contact the Hotel reception or the Sales and Reservations department in writing or by using the available telephone numbers and report the loss. In this case, the old card of the Client (Guest) is canceled and the Guest receives a new card with a new number within the same terms as the new card.
